Pots and Baskets

I have several pots and wall baskets around the house. Here’s how they are doing:

This is the plant I was most worried about during the cold snap–my basil. I covered these with a beach towel secured by a bungee cord.
Last year I grew white, pink, and red nicotiana in this pot between our garage doors. This year, I seeded the pot with colorful zinnias.
These are magenta new guinea impatiens by the basement garage door.
I was finally able to plant my red million bells in my wall baskets by the garage door. These will be overflowing with flowers in just a few weeks.
This is my nursery on the south side of the shed. On the far left are tiny red bell pepper plants, then roma tomato plants, then sugar baby watermelons, then zinnias, the Cherokee purple tomatoes and some herbs (that haven’t sprouted yet), and my pickling cucumber plants.

The past week has been nice and warm and these babies have really started growing.

Are you going to put in a vegetable garden this year? What are your favorites?
