Gardening Update

Our fall garden is doing well. We have had nearly perfect weather.

Here are the three tanks that I planted about 4 weeks ago.

And here is an update on our forsythia project from earlier this year…..

We have been so encouraged by how well that they have grown (they are as tall as me), that my husband asked me to mark where I wanted to plant more in the spring because he rented an auger to build a shed for firewood storage. 62 holes later…..oops. It’ll be another project in the spring, but at least the hardest part is finished.

It turns out that Musser Forests ships in the fall too, so I went ahead and ordered 65 bushes for a total cost of about $100 which includes shipping. I don’t know how they do it!
