I posted the recipe for the BBQ Turkey a couple of days ago. Here is what I did with the finished turkey.

First, I removed the skin from one of the pieces of turkey breast. I sliced it pretty thin and put it on a plate and microwaved it on 60% power for 90 seconds. While that was heating, I split two ciabatta rolls in half and put them under the broiler on high until they were evenly golden brown. (I know that this seems unnecessary, but it really does make the sandwich better.) In the meantime, I mixed up 1:1 ratio of mayonnaise to BBQ sauce. I spread the BBQ sauce mixture on the bottom half of the roll.

I topped that evenly with sliced turkey and placed Munster cheese on the top half of the roll.

I put this under the broiler and removed it when the cheese was melted and the turkey was steaming. I topped the turkey with apple slices.

Ready to eat.

This would have been even better (though it was really good) if I had added some of my habanero bread and butter pickles and a few rings of thinly sliced red onion–the extra moisture and crunch would have put it over the top. I will remember that for next time.
I make a similar sandwich with grilled pork except I use a mustard based BBQ sauce and granny smith apples for that sandwich.
And just because, here is a picture of Pippa after she played so hard in the snow:
