Raised bed Gardening

I have already harvested arugula and radishes from our stock tank raised beds, but had to pull all of them up because they were bolting. I am behind on posting, so here’s where we are:

These are the baby potatoes that had started to sprout in my cabinet. They seem pretty happy here.
I planted leaf lettuce and some romaine in this tank about 6 weeks ago. We’re getting close to harvest time.
I planted romaine here, but only had enough to fill half the tank. I have planted 2 poblano plants and a marigold in here too and have another poblano plant that I will add when the lettuce is finished.
I planted these two tomato plants that I started from seed. I think that they are grape tomatoes. I picked all the lower leaves off and buried them up to their necks along with a marigold–to help attract pollinators.
Two more tomato plants and a marigold.

Last year our raised beds were a LOT more successful because my husband added the little irrigation system that you see. It was just impossible to water them enough to thrive when I was doing it by hand.
