We harvested SO MANY mushrooms and we used a bunch, but there were too many for us to use before they went bad. I estimate that we picked a total of about 7 lbs.
So, I cut the stems off of all the mushrooms. I borrowed my mom’s dehydrator, and I dehydrated the mushroom.


I was able to fit about 2/3 of the mushrooms in the dehydrator and I dried them for about 10 hours.

I bought some oxygen absorbers from Amazon and I put the mushrooms and a few of those in my half gallon canning jar.

They should stay fresh for a long time. I did this big jar for us and I did a smaller jar for my youngest who loves to make ramen.
