I found some great red candy striped glasses at the thrift store, and then I also found a really cool candy striped handkerchief vase at another store, so I took that as a sign that I should do a “Peppermint” table when I remembered that I also had some big peppermint striped candles.
I started with the candles and the vase. I added faux greenery and faux red berries to the vase along with a couple faux mini trees. The place settings include the Wedgwood service plates, Johnson Brothers “Athena” dinner plates, and Villery and Boch Arabesco salad plates. I used a variety of candy striped tumblers and some really neat green vintage tumblers.
This is a cute and fun tablescape that would work for brunch, lunch, breakfast, or dinner.
