This table is basically the Nature’s Bounty table from Thanksgiving, turned into a Christmas table. I think quail are pretty similar to partridges and I had both pears and bowls with pears on them, so I had to do a little visual nod to the classic Christmas carol.
To convert the table from Thanksgiving to Christmas, I added faux greenery and berry picks, some pine cones, and some fresh pears. The place settings are my trusty Wedgwood MaxaDura service plates, the Ballard Design for Southern Living dinner plates, and Pier One MacIntosh bowls. I used some beautiful etched glassware for this table–Sears Savannah wine glasses and some iced tea glasses by an unknown maker. I used some dark olive green napkins that go with the centerpiece. So much of this table came from thrift stores, and ebay.

This table is pretty easy to live with, except for the fresh pears, which you could keep in the refrigerator until “show time.”
I hope that your holiday preparations are going well.
