This is a little adventurer table with guide books for local wildlife, a book of knots, journal, turtle shell, magnifying glass, net, flashlights, and binoculars (one is actually a flask). Simple place settings with white dishes, glassware, flatware, and brown napkins.

Stuck at Home Spring Tables–Table 16
This is an all green theme perfect for Saint Patrick’s Day. I started with a green and white appliqued table runner, a green planter, and spring green lanterns. For the place settings I used Fiesta ware in two shades of green, a white coffee mug with asparagus on it, and green and white napkins thatContinue reading “Stuck at Home Spring Tables–Table 16”
Stuck at Home Spring Tables–Table 15
This is for a Derby party (or Belmont, or Preakness). I started with a green silk table runner (bought on super sale at the Pottery Barn outlet a million years ago). I took a plastic horse and two plastic trophies and spray painted them with a bright metallic silver. I used these along with aContinue reading “Stuck at Home Spring Tables–Table 15”
Stuck at Home Spring Tables–Table 14
I had almost forgotten about this sweet vintage linen tablecloth with printed carnations and blue accents. It’s such a nice weight. I topped it with a peace lily potted in a low bowl with frogs on it. I used some red lanterns, and white Fiesta ware serving items. I used cobalt and green Fiestaware, flatware,Continue reading “Stuck at Home Spring Tables–Table 14”
Breakfast on the Go–Four
I love apple crisp. Always have. We started eating this one as breakfast for Thanksgiving morning several years ago. It’s great for breakfast, but obviously is also yummy for a dessert. This is a triple make ahead breakfast: You can make it the night before; you can make the topping and keep it in theContinue reading “Breakfast on the Go–Four”
Stuck at Home Spring Tables–Table 13
This is a cute runner by Nautica that is covered with sailboats. I topped it with metal buckets with yellow flowers and black lanterns. I used daffodil and cobalt Fiesta ware, flatware, glassware, and a red checked napkin.
Stuck at Home Spring Tables–Table 12
I love this little vintage table cloth. It’s unusual because it is hexagonal. It has appliqued creamers and sugars (that form little pockets) and embroidery. I think it is just the sweetest thing. I have paired it with tiny green pots with faux spring flowers and aqua lanterns. For the place settings I used persimmonContinue reading “Stuck at Home Spring Tables–Table 12”
Stuck at Home Spring Tables–Table 11
I started this table with a gorgeous embroidered vintage linen cloth. I am not sure where I got this one, but it is in perfect condition. I topped it with a large silver footed bowl filled with blown glass ornaments, mercury glass candleholders and crystal serving items. I used my Wedgwood Amherst dinner and saladContinue reading “Stuck at Home Spring Tables–Table 11”
Stuck at Home Spring Tables–Table 10
This is a sweet table for Valentines Day, or just a spring dinner. I started with a pretty vintage cloth with pinks, reds, and aquas. I topped it with mercury glass candle holders and tiny glass vases with faux flowers (I would use pink flowers if I were really entertaining….sigh.) This could be replicated withContinue reading “Stuck at Home Spring Tables–Table 10”
Stuck at Home Spring Tables–Table 9
This is a super fun game night table. I used a vintage spinner on the center of the table and then filled an earthenware and two cherry bowls with vintage scrabble and other game letters. I scattered some dice with letters on them around the center bowl and used oversized dice as “candle holders”. IContinue reading “Stuck at Home Spring Tables–Table 9”
