We bought a tent this summer for my mother in law’s 80th birthday party–it was about the same cost as to rent one and now we have it for other events. The problem is that we didn’t want to store it in the house, and leaving it on the floor of the garage was also a problem.
I found some heavy duty shelf brackets at Home Depot–with a weight capacity of 480 lbs per shelf. We didn’t need a board for the brackets because most of the boxes contain just pipes to build the framework.
We put up one set of brackets to hold the long boxes, and one set to hold the short boxes. The connectors and the tarps for the outside are on the shelf that you can see in the background.

Now it’s up and off the ground and out of the way.

Good thinking. Love Mom

Great solution for storage! And I am sure you will get a lot of use out of that tent. Bring on the parties!

We hope so. We were planning on doing a party this fall, but COVID cases are through the roof in our county.
