My Favorite Containers

I found my first of these containers a MILLION years ago at Big Lots and have been using them for my flours, etc. ever since. They come in various sizes, and I have 4 different sizes–2 quart for meal prep; 4 quart for large batches of salads (especially potato salad and broccoli salad); 6 quart for my flours (not pictured); and 8 quart for soups, stocks, yeast dough and really big batches of food. The lids are interchangeable between all the sizes and they snap tightly so that you have less concerns about spillage in a cooler.

I can’t recommend these enough. They are meant for restaurant use, so they are durable and will last you for years to come. I haven’t found another container that comes close to these as far as durability is concerned.
